Road Safety Measures

Proper Incident Management and Road Safety at SVB Tollway are being ensured by the Company and a strong team of Highway Traffic Management Department comprises of 4 patrolling supervisors, 3 CCTV Operators, 18 General Workers, trained Para-Medical team, working 24x7 hours basis under the leadership of 4 Senior Manager Operations. 

9 number of High resolution camera, 6 Variable Message Sign Boards, 12 WLL phone, 2 Patrolling Vans, one double beded Semi ICU Ambulance, one Fire Tender, one Break Down Van are always in operational service 

For reduction of accident on the Tollway due to casual crossing by the pedestrian, the Company has planned to erect fencing at some accident prone locations like Rajchandrapur and Bally Halt Rly station to provided physical barrier between Toll free Road and the Toll Carriageways.

The entire Toll way and the Toll Free Road have been illuminated to a standard lux level to provide good visibility at night.
